Within our company, there is a department dedicated to maintenance and technical support, made up of experienced engineers and technicians, available 24/7/365, certified and licensed by the national and international partners we work with.

We have teams in 15 key cities in the country: Bucharest-Ilfov, Bacau, Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Chisinau-Rep Moldova, Constanta, Craiova, Galati, Iasi, Oradea, Ploiesti, Sibiu, Targu Mures, Timisoara and Zalau.

Maintenance and technical support services are addressed to every company where visual, communications, digital signage, audio, lighting, and A / V integration systems are installed.

ELTEK Multimedia offers through its own staff, maintenance services and technical support for the following types of installations and systems:

Warranty Service Maintenance

ELTEK provides a warranty to all the equipment that it sells and installs if it is used, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's operating instructions.

We have an experienced team, certified and authorized by the manufacturers to repair the equipment during the warranty period, but also in the post-warranty period.

Our specialists make periodic inspections to prevent equipment failure and interruption of operational processes, respecting manufacturers' legislation and recommendations.

Maintenance and technical support services must be treated as a matter of priority because a failure of some equipment can lead to disruption of organizational processes, and this action can translate into large financial losses. Instead, signing a maintenance contract will guarantee periodic revisions according to the manufacturer's recommendations and/or legislation, as well as interventions in the shortest time to repair the malfunctions and immediately restore the systems. Remote monitoring of critical systems can also be performed to track real-time alerts or operating errors and ensure a prompt response from our technical team.
